This review is not about the product, which is great. It's about the complete lack of customer service. What happened Dermatonics? My package is lost, and I cannot get anyone to answer my e-mails or messages through the website to help! You were so helpful when this happened over COVID and answered immediately when I reached out. But now the contact e-mail on my order is wrong, and no one is answering me when I requested help through the website. Please bring back your good customer service and figure out what happened to my package!

Love this foot cream and it definitely improved the cracks on my feet. My feet are soft and smooth. I’ll be giving some as stocking stuffers for Christmas.

Best cream ever

I have vasculitis as well as lymphedema in my legs and feet. It’s really important to keep them moisturized as much as I can. Your foot cream is the best thing I have ever used in my vascular specialist was so pleased with the condition of my skin. My only complaint is I can’t buy it in a bigger container!
