Shipping policy
Standard Shipping is available to all locations in the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. Orders placed with Standard Shipping are typically processed within 24 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is accurate, and that any alternate delivery address is on file with your bank or credit card company. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Our carrier delivers shipments seven days a week to residential addresses in major metropolitan areas, six days a week to residential address in suburban areas (M-Sa), and five days a week to commercial addresses (M-F).
International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to the United States and Canada. However, if you reside outside of the United States or Canada and are interested in purchasing Dermatonics, please send us a message and we will do our best to assist you.
