Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time will be shipped out same day. In most cases, all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID.
We want you to be able to shop with confidence. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.
You can cancel your order by simply sending us a message. As soon as your order has been cancelled we will send you confirmation.
Orders placed with the standard shipping option will be sent with USPS 2-day shipping. Expedited shipping is also available and in most cases these orders are sent with FedEx Express.
Yes, we are able to ship orders to Canada using either USPS or FedEx.
